Who We Are
We’re a nonpartisan nonprofit that engages Americans directly to solve shared challenges and craft better policy. Our mission is to strengthen democracy by advancing informed, citizen-developed solutions to challenging public issues.
What We Do
Our toughest problems won’t be solved without all of us. We design in-depth, inclusive opportunities for citizen education, deliberation, and action so that citizens themselves lead the efforts to solve shared challenges. In support of citizens, we cultivate creative partnerships and pursue high-impact organizing and outreach strategies that help decision makers and the public work together effectively.
How We Work
While the primary tool we employ for education and deliberation is the Citizens Jury, we are continuously designing, testing, and exploring new methods of high quality, inclusive engagement.
